Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery purchase from us. If you are unhappy, we offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the jewellery item must be in its original condition and packaging and must not have been worn, altered, or damaged in any way. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation email, must also be provided.

Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange your jewellery item for a different one, don't hesitate to get in touch with us to arrange the exchange. The exchanged item must also be in its original condition and packaging and must not have been worn, altered, or damaged. Any price difference between the original and exchanged items will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Customized or personalized jewellery items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
